Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das Management von Kultur hat in vielen Organisationen und Geschäftsbereichen an Bedeutung gewonnen, insbesondere im multikulturellen und internationalen Projektmanagement. Kulturelle Unterschiede führen oft zu unterschiedlich starken Konflikten. In diesem Kapitel werden zwei Standardmethoden für den kulturell induzierten Umgang mit Konflikten behandelt: Hofstedes Kulturdimension und das Thomas-Kilmann Konfliktmodell.
