Abstract: Zusammenfassung Mit der GmbH-Reform gibt es seit dem 01.11.2008 die sog. „Unternehmergesellschaft“ (auch: Mini-GmbH). Sie entspricht rechtlich gesehen der GmbH. Unterschied zur GmbH: Zur Gründung brauchen Sie nur noch mindestens 1 € Stammkapital.
