Abstract: Abstract The goals in the companies are the same in most cases. If the companies describe their goals for a project in an initial discussion, the result is subsequently 90% the same: the adherence to schedules must be increased, throughput times must be shortened, inventories must be reduced and productivity should be increased at the same time.
