Abstract: Abstract In optimizing on-time delivery, we measure on-time delivery to the confirmed date. The following diagram shows successive process steps along the time axis. In order to optimize the on-time delivery performance in the direction of the customer, it should be possible to measure the on-time delivery performance of the individual process steps.
