Why Facilitation?
Stefan Gross
Chapter 1 in Facilitation Skills, 2023, pp 1-7 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Joint entrepreneurial thinking can pay off in many ways. To achieve this, however, it must be possible to organize the exchange of information in such a way that the ideas, arguments and contributions of those involved are linked together in such a way that a meaningful whole emerges. In this chapter, you will learn why facilitation is therefore important and what the characteristics of good facilitation are.
