Distinguishing Tasks and Causes
Stefan Gross
Chapter 5 in Facilitation Skills, 2023, pp 75-117 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Depending on the occasion and the task, the exchange in the case of problems, conflicts, decisions, innovation projects or joint learning must be regulated, guided and accompanied in one or the other direction, so that relevant information can build on each other and be linked together in such a way that more than the sum of individual achievements is created. This chapter shows how you can support this as a facilitator.
