Abstract:
Abstract The use of AI-driven technology is no longer a thing of the future: Artificial intelligence is transforming the labour market and will pave the way for new forms of employment. Because the decisions made today will shape tomorrow. How can the work environment of the future be made more bureaucratically flexible to create optimal conditions for hybrid work arrangements? And how do intelligent algorithms counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Germany?
