Daniel A. Schmidt
A chapter in Work and AI 2030, 2023, pp 167-173 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) is an increasingly integral part of the world we live in. The future success of banks requires a holistic transformation that encompasses multiple levels of the organisation. This article addresses the individual business areas of the banking sector and highlights their transformation potential with regard to the use of artificial intelligence. The aim is to identify which areas are likely to change due to artificial intelligence and which areas can continue to adhere to their traditional work environment.
