A chapter in Work and AI 2030, 2023, pp 11-19 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This article shows common problems in the development of AI systems (artificial intelligence), such as fundamental misunderstandings between the user side and the AI development side. These arise from deficits in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication and can lead to undesirable consequences for employees or society as a whole in the long term. As a strategy to avoid these and other misunderstandings and to implement AI in the sense of a responsible innovation process, a process model is proposed, which can serve as a practical guide for using AI in the world of work.
