Chapter 5 in Quick Guide Crypto Assets, 2023, pp 93-96 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this book was, building on the basic knowledge conveyed initially, to classify crypto assets within the existing legal framework of German supervisory law and to include current developments at the national and EU level in answering the question of the extent to which the regulatory requirements for the regulation of crypto assets are sufficient. In addition, the book should serve as a guide for investors and founders.
