Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die betriebliche Praxis zeigt, dass viele Projekte zur Verbesserung des Working Capital nicht konsequent zu Ende geführt wurden oder scheitern. Nachfolgend wird daher ein Vorgehensfahrplan für die Reduzierung von Working Capital vorgestellt. Dabei wird auf einige wesentliche Stolpersteine, aber auch Marschempfehlungen hingewiesen.
