Abstract: Zusammenfassung Werte, Ziele und Rollen sind die großen Themen der Bestandsaufnahme. In der Praxis hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, dabei keinem starren Muster zu folgen. Denn in jeder Generation drückt der Schuh an einer anderen Stelle – dann aber meist an der gleichen.
