Abstract: Zusammenfassung Eine zentrale Voraussetzung für die Entwicklung eines Vorgehensmodells für die Implementierung von RPA in der Logistik besteht in der Definition und Abgrenzung relevanter Begriffe und Konzepte. Abschn. 2.2 beleuchtet hierzu zunächst den Begriff RPA. Abschn. 2.3 gibt daran anknüpfend eine Einführung in die Logistik.
