Abstract: Zusammenfassung Spitex Zürich Limmat mit über 1000 Mitarbeitenden hat während fünf Jahren die gesamte Organisationsstruktur auf 58 selbstorganisierte operative Teams umgestellt. Eine Operation am offenen Herzen, die geglückt ist. Anfangs 2022 stellt der CFO mit dem Jahresabschluss 2021 in den Händen fest, dass die Transformation auch aus finanzieller Sicht gelungen ist und das Unternehmen einen Quantensprung nach vorne vollbracht hat.
