Abstract: Abstract Those who hold this opinion feel confirmed. Alliances have been concluded between states (international law), organizations/institutions (strategic) or persons since time immemorial in order to pursue predetermined goals together. It does not help to keep them generally valid and thus interpretable. Agree with the participating companies on a precise target content (for example, a certain standardization for productivity enhancement), on the extent and criteria of the project (e.g. in numbers, in order to be able to make a clear measurement) and the period for the planned achievement of the target.
