Chapter Chapter 13 in Business Guide for Strategic Management, 2023, pp 85-89 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Creativity is the fuel for the development of all businesses! Everything that has to do with imagination and ingenuity is a valuable asset and an essential part of the creation and survival process of a business. A simple example of how one can achieve something with a little creativity comes from the service industry. I was told that a cleaning company was about to go bankrupt when its owner sought my advice. He had exhausted his marketing efforts, submitted industry-standard services, but had not found any new customers.
