Abstract: Abstract If something is constantly preached in business circles like the Amen in church, then it is the topic of corporate finance. Nobody—no entrepreneur, top manager or self-employed person—is safe from this recurring agenda. Financial economy includes all business processes for the provision and repayment of financial resources that are required for investment planning. This also includes the organization of payment, co-determination, information, control and security aspects between borrowers and lenders.
