Abstract: Abstract The world of work is going to change dramatically. Companies and organizations have to continuously reinvent themselves, rethink processes, open up new markets and relaunch business models. In addition, the activities that can potentially be taken over by computers and computer-controlled machines have increased in recent years. It is easy to see that robotics, artificial intelligence and machine learning will change the role of humans. Connected production environments, human machine interfaces, will optimize and automate processes to a large extent.
