Chapter Chapter 38 in Business Guide for Strategic Management, 2023, pp 263-267 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract And what is your speech about? Whatever is on your mind as a top manager, unpack it and place it in your speech. Because hopefully you know that the art of speech cannot be overestimated in its importance for a professional career. Companies send their high potentials to training in breathing, speaking, conversation and rhetoric techniques, so that the acquired skills can be used profitably. It is certain that every speech moves something: It can enlighten, change, start negotiations, but unfortunately also demotivate, destabilize and cause annoyance. Stay with your planks, because competence is the foundation of a successful speech.
