Chapter Chapter 50 in Business Guide for Strategic Management, 2023, pp 349-356 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy. Truly spoken, Sir William Shakespeare. In entrepreneurship, it is all about not dogmatizing classical findings, but rather creating a vision that is transmitted with enthusiasm to employees, customers and suppliers. So it is about something that most bosses lack, who are struggling with their offer on the market. By the way, an ideal is something that drives a society, company or person forward professionally and/or privately, which should be realistic and therefore achievable. So to speak, the future-oriented measure of all things.
