Chapter Chapter 6 in Business Guide for Strategic Management, 2023, pp 35-40 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Business networks are gaining increasing importance. An indication of this is that more and more companies are encouraging their employees to build and maintain stable relationships with business partners, potential customers and competitors online through social networks. Comprehensive information is to be collected online and then evaluated and used systematically within the company (cf. Chap. 36 or 44).
