Abstract: Abstract This article highlights the introduction of online reporting for cost managers at Swiss Radio and Television SRF. The focus is on the lessons learned during the implementation of far-reaching digitalization projects. A successful digital transformation in the area of financial control requires intensive cultural work both among those responsible for costs and among the controllers themselves.
