Abstract:
Abstract As a result of the diplomatic rift, and the so-called “Qatar Blockade”, Qatar introduced sophisticated logistics and supply chain management approaches which ensured the supply of the country despite the adversarial effects of the blockade. Qatar's logististical infrastructures (Hamad International Airport, and Hamad Port), as well as its national flag carrier Qatar Airways, were the founding pillars upon which to establish these new logistics and supply chain management approaches.
