Abstract: Zusammenfassung Führungskräften aller Ebenen kommt im Rahmen Interner Kommunikationsprozesse eine besondere Rolle zu: Sie sind selbst Beteiligte und Betroffene strategischer Entscheidungen, zugleich ist es ihre Aufgabe, neue Projekte, Themen und Strategien im Alltag mit operativem Leben zu füllen und dabei die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden kommunikativ aufzugreifen. Für diese Herausforderung braucht es neben Kommunikations-Toolkits für Führungskräfte auch die regelmäßige Unterstützung durch den Kommunikations- und Personalbereich.
