Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Leistung eines Mitarbeiters hängt von mehreren Voraussetzungen ab. So benötigt ein Mitarbeiter zum Beispiel eine Mindestklarheit über seine Aufgabenstellung. Ebenso braucht er alle Informationen für die Ausführung seiner Aufgabenstellung (Informationsgrad) sowie Arbeitsmittel und einen gewissen Gestaltungsspielraum, der ja über die Organisation definiert wird. Diese Voraussetzungen für die Leistung muss der Arbeitgeber schaffen.
