Abstract: Zusammenfassung Smartphones und entsprechende Apps unterstützen bereits heute die tägliche Arbeit von Klinikärztinnen und -ärzten. Allerdings geht ihre Nutzung mit potenziellen Risiken für die Patienten- und Informationssicherheit sowie den Datenschutz einher. Dem Klinikmanagement stellt sich die Frage, wie es diesem Dilemma geeignet begegnen kann.
