Er gibt Wissenschaftlern zusätzliche Instrumente an die Hand, um für unterschiedliche Situationen vor, während und nach einem Vortrag professionell gewappnet zu sein. Forscher finden darin kommunikationspsychologisches Rüstzeug, mit Hinweisen zur Wirkung von Kommunikation, zum freien Vortrag und wie sie Diskussionen erfolgreich leiten können.
