Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Grunde gibt Anderson (2018, S. 13) die zentrale Antwort auf die Frage der Digitali-sierung bereits im Untertitel seines Artikels: «Wie wir das digitale Zeitalter prägen – und nicht umgekehrt». Denn das gesamte Konzept der Digitalisierung muss hinterfragt und der Digitalisierungsprozess neu ausgerichtet werden.
