Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird der Blick in die nahe Zukunft gerichtet. Zunächst werden zwei mögliche Formen einer Weiterentwicklung von RPA unterschieden. Zum einen ist dies die künftige Kombination von RPA mit anderen Technologien. Zum anderen ist dies die Weiterentwicklung von RPA zu IPA, der Intelligent Process Automation – also einer Gesamtlösung anstelle einer Kombination.
