Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das Zusammenkommen zu Beginn des neuen Jahres (Januar bis Februar) wird meist dafür genutzt, das zurückliegende Jahr zu bewerten, die Jahresplanung für das bevorstehende Geschäftsjahr vorzustellen und zu besprechen. Aber der Jahresauftakt sorgt auch als Event für Teambildung und Wir-Gefühl in der Praxis oder im (Z-)MVZ.
