Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an accelerator of the (further) digitalisation of (almost) all sectors of life. The relationship between M&A and financial markets in the age of AI is complex. The challenges relevant M&A transactions pose from the perspective of law are huge. Any legal approach to relevant scenarios here demands an adequate understanding of the related risks. This paper aims to highlight pressing related issues from the legal view. It inter alia introduces selected pivotal elements of a ‚Comprehensive Inter- and Multidisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Due Diligence‘.
