Chapter Chapter 8 in The Path to Sustainable Corporate Management, 2024, pp 285-305 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Every company must embark on a “Green Journey” today. This is required not only by increasing legal requirements, but also by an increasing number of stakeholders. Storytelling plays a significant role in conveying this journey. Which stakeholders to involve in the “Green Journey” can be determined using the Stakeholder-Onion-Model. A stage model for the development and expansion of sustainable corporate management identifies relevant areas of action.
