Chapter Chapter 1 in Complexity and Entrepreneurship, 2024, pp 1-20 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract “What can we know?” This question has been occupying not only philosophers around the world since Immanuel Kant dedicated himself to it in the ‘Critique of Pure Reason’ (Kant, Works in six volumes, Könemann, 1995). In a time when economic catastrophes are shaking the globalised world, this question is also posed to economists, who apparently were partly wrong with their forecasts and have to constantly adapt their predictions to the new factual situations.
