Abstract: Zusammenfassung Audits im agilen Umfeld können allen Beteiligten einen großen Mehrwert bieten. Denn die agile Vorgehensweise zielt darauf ab, eine möglichst frühe und kontinuierliche Wertschöpfung und -lieferung von Auditergebnissen zu erreichen. In Zeiten des Wandels mit zunehmender Digitalisierung im Krankenhaus und beschleunigten Prozessen ist diese agile Auditdurchführung also zielführend.
