Chapter Kapitel 9 in Agile Audits im Krankenhaus, 2024, pp 95-112 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung „A way forward…Internal Audit must evolve to keep pace. Prepared + Adaptive = Agile.“ [1] Sinngemäß abgeleitet bedeutet dies, dass sich auch Interne Audits im Krankenhaus anpassen werden bzw. müssen. In Krankenhäusern dominiert bisher noch eine jährliche Auditplanung mit Auditplänen, die im Voraus für ein Jahr erstellt werden. Rollierende und unterjährige Planungsansätze fehlen oft. Es ist offensichtlich, dass im bisherigen Management interner Audits agile Ansätze fehlen.
