Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die legal-illegale Bewertung des Cannabis wird juristisch auf drei Ebenen abgesichert, wobei Nutzhanf als gefährliche Ausnahme gilt. Die Vorschriften der UN-Konventionen, die Regeln der EU und das deutsche Regelsystem werden dargestellt. Am Beispiel des CBD (Cannabidiol) wird der Einfluss des Law in Action analysiert.
