Behavior Patterns for the Perception PhaseBehavior Patterns for the Perception Phase

Philipp Spreer ()

Chapter Chapter 4 in PsyConversion®, 2024, pp 33-84 from Springer

Abstract: Summary Scientific research across disciplines (especially psychology, neuroscience, and economics) has identified and validated many behavior patterns. This library summarizes the most effective and most suitable for e-commerce use. It is structured along the e-commerce process and is divided into 1) the perception phase (chapter 4 ), 2) the decision-making phase (chapter 5 ), and 3) the retention phase (chapter 6 ). These three chapters are the core of this book. The collection of behavior patterns has been built up, qualified, cleaned up, and described over the years. The result is not a complete collection of all identified behavior patterns but a practical selection to provide quick and immediately actionable answers and inspiration for e-commerce professionals who want to increase their communication and sales success.
