Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem letzten Kapitel schlagen wir ein Trainingsverlaufsschema zur praktischen Anwendung vor, das einer Anleitung zur Strukturierung und Durchführung eines ECRM-Trainingsprogramms entspricht. Es dient dazu, die Ziele, Inhalte, Lehr-Lernvorbereitungen und -methoden, Zielgruppen, Etappen, Arbeitsphasen und Fortschritte während eines ECRM-Trainings sowohl didaktisch vorzubereiten als auch praktisch in einem entsprechenden Setting umzusetzen.
