Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird das Operations-Performance-Management vorgestellt. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen generalistischen Bereich im operativen Ressort einer Airline. Dazu gehören Themen wie die langfristige Verbesserung der operativen Stabilität, der Flottenaustausch durch neue Flugzeuge sowie viele weitere, teils unvorhersehbare Sonderaufgaben.
