Chapter Chapter 7 in Organizational Design in a Complex and Unstable World, 2024, pp 111-137 from Springer

Abstract: Summary Like all organizations as social systems, companies are subject to a permanent process of further development. Whether for the better or worse is a question of evaluation. In terms of business viability, it depends on whether a company achieves its goals economically. System development can generally be influenced by changing the way knowledge is handled. In the process, specific action patterns can be identified in organizations that need to be uncovered in order to recognize, overcome, or utilize development dynamics.
