Abstract:
Abstract Organization is one of the key dimensions of the integrated management model. It is made up of the strategy, structure, and culture of an enterprise. From the system-based point of view, these basic components should not be considered in isolation: they form a unit. They are known as a “magic trilogy” because strategy, structure, and culture have to be in harmony since they are mutually dependent; for example, the development of a strategy depends on an enterprise’s structural and cultural starting position. To implement a new strategy, management will very likely have to adapt the structure and initiate certain cultural measures with a long-term impact.
