Chapter 7 in Management in a Dynamic Environment, 2025, pp 279-305 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Peter Drucker didn’t mean that strategy was unimportant – rather, a powerful and empowering culture was a surer route to organizational success. People are influenced by the culture in which they live. A child learns, for example, what norms, values, and behaviors are common in the family. The same thing happens to employees working for a company. They are taught the important values and norms in the enterprise.
