Chapter Kapitel 6 in Generative Künstliche Intelligenz in Marketing und Sales, 2024, pp 71-82 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In the transformative era of artificial intelligence, combining automation technologies and data connectors matters for transcendent digital sales and marketing endeavors. Thus, our goal is to enlighten the impact of AI on automated processes and vice versa. Based on ten qualitative interviews, we developed concrete insights into the potential fusion of NoCode, LowCode, AI, and automation for practical marketing utilization. Besides this managerial impact, we also provide a maturity scale for the technological adoption of the mentioned segments as a theoretical contribution.
