Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Schlusskapitel werden einleitend einige wichtige Grundprinzipien zur Umsetzung des Konzepts der lebenszyklusorientierten Personalentwicklung in der Praxis aufgeführt sowie mögliche Herangehensweisen für die Umsetzung in der Organisation vorgestellt – als Ergänzung zu den Praxisbeispielen, die bei jedem Teillebenszyklus integriert sind.
