Abstract: Zusammenfassung Diese Kapitel bietet einen Überblick über das Zachman Framework, als eines der ältesten Frameworks für die Enterprise Architecture. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem zweidimensionalen Rahmen für Viewpoints auf die Enterprise Architecture, welche das Framework mit Hilfe von standardisierten Fragestellungen und Abstraktionsniveaus etabliert.
