Abstract:
Zusammenfassung The evaluation of human resource strategies has become necessary due to technological advancements and the changing demographics of the workforce. Central is of course the establishment of an engaging work environment that aligns with the evolving lifestyles and preferences of the workforce. This environment promotes flexibility, champions diversity and inclusivity, and fosters innovation. Supporting the professional development of employees through targeted progression plans and continuous learning opportunities is also pivotal for attracting and retaining young talent. Moreover, the modernisation of recruitment procedures and the creation of agile career pathways are essential to ensure the seamless integration and retention of talent. Tailoring job advertisements to be more inclusive and transparent, and adopting flexible approaches to both recruitment and onboarding processes, reflect a growing trend towards accommodating the diverse needs of new entrants.
