Abstract: Zusammenfassung Welche Akteure können und sollen Beiträge zur Wirtschaftstransformation leisten? Zunächst einmal sind in diesem Zusammenhang die Sektoren zu nennen, die bei traditioneller Sichtweise die gesamte volkswirtschaftliche Leistung erbringen, also die Unternehmen, die privaten Haushalte und der Staat. Der Commons-Bereich kann hier ergänzt werden. Zwei weitere Akteure sind von großer Bedeutung: Überstaatliche Institutionen sind für das weltweite Wirtschaftsgeschehen mit maßgebend und bilden in diesem Sinne den globalen ökonomischen Handlungsrahmen. Auch die (Zivil-)Gesellschaft kann erheblichen Einfluss auf die Wirtschaftstransformation nehmen.
