Abstract: Abstract What do changes mean for the economy and society? We live in a complex and dynamic world, where multiple trends and events, such as the internet bubble, financial crisis, or wars in the Ukraine and Gaza, shake the interconnected and globalized world. This has implications for economic and transformation cycles. Technology generates innovations, on the other hand, new values and customer needs drive the digital futures. Currently, humanity is at the intersection of a new world order to virtual worlds. When industries and technologies converge, an open and digital ecosystem can serve as a catalyst to better meet customer needs. For this, companies must think holistically and in a connected manner, understanding key principles such as openness, agility, and ambidexterity, and applying them to the development of sustainable business models and personalized products and services.
