Abstract: Zusammenfassung In den vorliegenden Kapiteln wurden Notwendigkeiten, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen einer werteorientierten Organisationsentwicklung in Zeiten des Generationen- und Wertewandels dargestellt und diskutiert. Hierzu wurde in der Praxis ein Konzept entwickelt und erfolgreich erprobt. Nachfolgend soll das in der Polizei Berlin erfolgreich erprobte Konzept des Polizeilichen Wertediskurses (PWD) erläutert werden.
