Abstract: Zusammenfassung In den ersten Kapiteln wurde zunächst eine wissenschaftstheoretische Einordnung des Themas rund um eine werteorientierte Organisationsentwicklung vorgenommen und wesentliche Grundlagen sowie Modelle beleuchtet. Hier wurde sehr deutlich, welche bedeutende Rolle die Führungskräfte in einer werteorientierten Organisationsentwicklung einnehmen.
